Ordering

Completed order means that you approve our purchase conditions and agree that the name and personal number are registered in our customer register. Purchase agreements will only be made when we confirm the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery cannot be made for any reason, and if you have made several orders, we reserve the right to merge your orders and deliver them in a package.

Shipping and delivery
All prices are in Swedish kronor ex. VAT. Any shipping cost will be added, depending on which shipping option you choose when ordering. Usually we have a uniform shipping cost of SEK 79 ex (in Sweden). Free shipping on orders over 1800: – ex. VAT (in Sweden).
At the checkout, you can sometimes choose between different shipping methods. Beloxy normally handles your order within 24 hours (non-working weekdays) from order until the goods leave our warehouse, provided we have the goods in stock. When the goods have left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility is transferred to the freight companies that deliver your order within the set time for the chosen freight method. Beloxy cannot provide any delay guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of ordering or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the goods reach you can be longer than what is stated as normal for the chosen freight method.
To some parts of Norrland and to Gotland, Posten, DHL and Bring deliver with one day’s delay, this is not included in the estimated delivery time we specify on the website. This concerns, for example, certain locations with postal codes starting at 82-84, 86-89 and 91-98.
The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase at delivery delays. There may be occasions that make it impossible for us to complete the order, for example if our supplier cannot fulfill its commitment to us. Contact our spring customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase.
Payment
